ひとくくりに東京といっても、23区内とそれ以外など、地域差があるかと思います。それ以外にも、傾向の違いをうむ属性があるかと思いますが、変数は記載のものしか存在しないのでしょうか。
予測に使えるのは分かるのですが、もう少し感染対策の実戦に使う方法がないものか…と考えています。
