各国の人々の異常気象に対する反応のデータもとれるとお国柄を知ることができて面白いのではないかと思いました。
日本の異常気象データ（https://datajacket.org/data-jacket/4437/）でも書いたのですが、何をもってして異常とするのは地域によっても違うように思います。変数が雪と雨（降雪量・降水量）だけですが、もっといろいろな変数があると面白いと思いました。
