Outline of data	都道について、各観測区間内の観測地点を通過した車の台数および通行速度のデータ。観測区間は、原則として都道が他の道路（国道、都道、区道など）と接続するある地点から、次に他の道路と接続する地点までの間のことを指す。ただし、都道が市区町村をまたぐ場合は、市区町村の境界によっても観測区間が区切られる。
