過去何年分の東京大学前期教養学部に入学した生徒の成績。東大に学部入学したものはほぼ全員が最初の２年は前期教養学部に所属し、基礎的な事柄を学ぶ。このデータはもともとは３年時に進む学部に生徒を振り分けるための指標として使われている（通称「進学振り分け」）。 |

学生一人一人がどのような成績を科目ごとに取ったかがわかるので得意分野や苦手分野などによってクラスタリング。
過去、将来の成績や活動と比較して、不連続回帰であったり線形回帰といったことを行う。
大事な仮定として成績の点数はその科目の理解度と正の相関がある。 |
