Outline of data	国民健康保険の診療報酬請求データです。直接の疾病名や治療内容(いわゆるカルテ)をある程度把握できます。
Simulation process	基本的には、その名の通り、各医療機関が診療報酬を請求するためのデータであるが、健診・検診データや介護保険データ、日常圏域ニーズ調査などの各種調査との突合により、疾病予測や保健指導の方針決定、効果測定などに利用できる。
