| Outline of data | 2015年度末（2015年12月～2016年3月）に、日本の保育・幼児教育施設の保育者を対象にして実施した調査データである。 保育所、幼稚園、認定こども園、小規模保育所、認可外保育施設（ベビーホテルを除く）に勤務する園長、主任、担任保育者（施設形態により、1歳児クラス・3歳児クラス・5歳児クラス）に労働環境や保育の質の認識に関する項目に回答してもらった。認定こども園・小規模保育所・認可外保育施設は全施設に送付し、認可保育所と幼稚園は自治体ごとにサンプリングを行った。 回収率や項目の概要は下記資料参照のこと。 http://www.cedep.p.u-tokyo.ac.jp/cms/?wpdmdl=4392 |
