Outline of data	都内を中心とした鉄道網において、トラブルによってある路線の運行が困難になった際に乗客に提案される代替ルートの情報、及び過去の事例において交通系IC等の記録から算出された、振り替え輸送利用者数・ルートの時間別データ。
Simulation process	トラブルの発生から平常運転に回復するまでの間、利用者の流れがどのように時間変化するかを分析する。また、この情報をもとに、各路線がダイヤや運行列車数をどのように調整することで早期に回復できるかについてシミュレーションを行う。
Expected outcome of the process (obtained knowledge, analysis results, output of tools)	ある地点間を鉄道で移動する際、トラブルが発生しても目的地への到達に影響が少ないようなルートの選定ができる。また、トラブル発生後の混雑の時間変化を予測できる。
