Outline of data	This data includes all assignees (companies) from Sweden that have applied for patents during the years 1999-2015. They are split up among the different years, but the sum for all years is also included.
Simulation process	Sorting number of applied for patents for each year and after size and thereby listing the biggest patentors for each year.
Expected outcome of the process (obtained knowledge, analysis results, output of tools)	Insight in patent trends among Swedish companies.
Anticipation for analyses/simulations other than the typical ones provided above	Checking the trend of swedish patenting activity in the US by summing up for each year and comparing in a time series.
