| Outline of data | 株式会社不満買取センターが運営するWebサービス「不満買取センター」に一般ユーザーが投稿した様々な不満に関するデータ。2015年9月までに投稿されたデータのうち、オペレータがタグ付けをした約25万件のデータで、個人情報が含まれた投稿はデータセットから排除されている。またこの不満を投稿した約2万人分のユーザープロフィール情報（性別や居住県）も付随しているが、データセットに含まれるのは「不満買取センター」で会員が閲覧できる情報であり、特定の個人につながる情報は含まれていない。 データはJSON形式で保存されている。 なお、本データは大学および公的研究機関の研究者を対象として研究目的においてのみ共有が可能である。 |
