Outline of data	・調査の目的：本調査は教職員に係る係争中の争訟事件等について，その概要を把握し，教職員の勤務状況等に係る指導・改善するための基礎資料を得るためにおこなうものである。・調査開始年：昭和36年（1961年）・調査の根拠法令：統計法・調査の対象：都道府県及び政令指定都市の教育委員会・抽出方法：全数調査・調査事項：教職員に係る行政事件，刑事事件，審査請求措置要求の係属状況，教職員に係る訟訴事件の判決，審査請求及び措置要求の判定及び教職員に係る懲戒処分，分限処分の状況
