Outline of data	このファイルは、鉄道定期券・普通券等利用者調査のマスターデータ・ファイルを用いて、通勤・通学定期券利用者が、居住地基本ゾーンから初乗り駅までに利用した端末交通手段別の利用人員と平均所要時間を集計したものです。なお、利用者調査票には「本日1回目の鉄道利用」のみに端末交通手段の回答項目があるため、この 1 回目の鉄道利用において通勤・通学目的で鉄道を利用したと回答している調査票のみが集計対象（2回目の鉄道利用は集計対象外）となっています。
