Outline of data	静岡県庁土地対策課が作成した県内610地点の基準地価と変動率等の情報。基準地調査は、国土利用計画法施行令第9条の規定に基づいて、知事が毎年7月1日時点の基準地の標準価格（基準地価格）を判定するもので、昭和50年以降、毎年実施している。この基準地価格は、国土利用計画法の規定に基づいて、土地取引の価格規制を行う場合の審査において、地価公示価格とともに相当の価格を判断する際の規準として使用されている。また、この価格を公表することによって、一般の土地の取引価格の指標としても利用されている
