データ分析の意図：避難所のニーズを、物資、施設の構造や性能、精神的なものの3つの観点から詳細に把握
物資のニーズはよく叫ばれているから比較的把握しやすい。しかし、今回はロバストでレジエントな街をつくるために避難施設そのものを新たに考案するため、避難施設の構造や性能そのものに対するニーズを把握したい。そして、その満足度には精神状態も影響してくるかもしれないので、その相関があるか否かを確かめるために精神的なニーズも考慮した。
