How were the data collected/created? What was the cost?	The data was obtained by initially creating an archive of my Gmail mailbox using Google Takeout. The archive was then imported into an email client, Mozilla Thunderbird. The mailbox was subsequently exported in CSV format by using an add-on tool.

Outline of data	The email usage data has been obtained from four email addresses which belong to me. The dataset essentially contains data regarding all the emails received and sent by me (including chat messages but excluding spam) from 7th July 2007 to 5th Jan 2014. There are around 20000 data points with each data point having the following attributes: the subject line, the sender's email address, the receiver's email address and the date and time at which the email correspondence occurred.
