変数の記述が少なすぎると思います。
交通事故の場所、時間、けが人、死亡者の数など基本的な情報があるのかないのかを記述することがメタデータとして決定的に必要だと思います。
交通事故の種類（自動車同士・自動車と自転車・自転車と歩行者など）や事故が起こった時間帯の情報があると良いと思います。
最終的にはこのデータを通して、どういう場所で事故が起こりやすいのか、どういうシチュエーションで事故が起こりやすいのかを提供したいと考えるので、各地点での交通量や事故が起こった状況などのデータと関連してデータを利用したいです。
